All good rulers have photo-etched indices, and PEC is no exception. This makes it super easy to set your marking gauge, dividers, or knife line. The adjustable hook is also a nice touch. Give yourself an extra long catch on one side, or move it out of the way completely. Just loosen the screw slightly to slide the catch in either direction.
